Curry College Theatre

Housed in the Communication Department at Curry College, Milton, MA

and dating from 1986, the current Curry Theatre program and curriculum was developed as a cooperative effort between the faculty, the college and the many talented and enthusiastic students. Beginning with only one experimental level course in 1986, the offerings soon expanded to a full Theatre Concentration within the Communication Department.

Curry Theatre alumni can be seen in film, on television, and on stages across the country. Others are playwrights, producers and directors. Some have pursued graduate work, and are passing their knowledge and expertise to a new generation of students. Many are applying the Curry Theatre skills and commitment to excellence, to a variety of careers from Real Estate Marketing to Music Production. Many of our graduates stay in touch with one another, occasionally returning home to Curry Theatre, engroup, to share memories, attend a show, and regale current students with tales of past theatre productions..
